We pack and ship your ready made order fresh. If you live in a warmer climate, please consider faster shipping options to ensure freshness.
Order processing times can vary depending on the size of your order. Typically, your items will ship within 1-2 business days. To prevent your order from being held over the weekend, place your orders on Monday or a day as close as possible. If ordered over the weekend, shipping will be held until Monday.
It is important to know that during the hotter months between May - September, the processing times may be longer due to extra care of your order. .
Return & Exchange Policy

We will not provide refunds for any of these conditions:
1. Popcorn was consumed or tampered with.
2. Customer entered incorrect address.
3. Customer ordered wrong product/quantity.
